Well you can tell her but not to hurt her. Don't stress on the qualities of the girls for she'll feel like she meant nothing to you and That's why you broke up so you could lime those other girls. If she wants to know tell her,if It's one of her friends tell her,if she knows the girl tell her cuz when she see you and the girl in town she won't be caught off guard and so wouldn't be hurt much *
